Saddle Creek Lift Station Improvements – Phase II

The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction and improvement of the Saddle Creek Lift Station. The project consists of furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for the proposed improvements to the lift station and miscellaneous related items, as described in the project drawings and specifications contained in Section 01010 of the bid documents.

Bids will be electronically submitted through the City's E-bid system accessible at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CT), after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids may also be delivered physically to the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, located at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting through the E-bid system must scan and upload a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check) as an attachment. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested from the lowest two bidders and must be delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to the City Purchasing Office at the address noted above.

Key dates include a non-mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for June 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM (CT) via Microsoft Teams, with the project site available for inspection immediately following. A question cutoff date of June 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM (CT) has been established. The public bid opening will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CT).
