Sale of Miscellaneous Epoxy Products

This invitation to bid solicits vendors to purchase miscellaneous epoxy materials intended for motor and generator repairs at Lakeland Electric's Larsen Power Plant. The materials have been stored in temperature-controlled storage trailers since arrival at the facility and remain sealed in their original containers. Individual component cans and containers have never been opened, used, or exposed to the atmosphere.

Bidders are required to not only provide a purchase price for the epoxy materials but also arrange for loading and transportation of all materials from the Larsen Power Plant facility located at 2002 US Highway 92 East, Lakeland, Florida 33801. A detailed list of materials is provided in Attachment A, with sample images included in Attachment B for reference.

All bidders must comply with insurance and safety requirements as specified in the bid documents. Vendors are required to complete a vendor questionnaire and provide a pricing proposal covering both the material purchase price and transportation costs. The bid package includes indemnification forms and contractor safety evaluation requirements that must be completed and submitted with the proposal.

Key deadlines include a pre-proposal conference on October 14, 2024, a questions and answers deadline of October 30, 2024, and a final proposal submission deadline of November 6, 2024 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
