San Diego Gas & Electric - ReMAT

SDG&E's Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff (Re-MAT) Program is a competitive solicitation for renewable energy generation projects. The program offers three product types for participation: As-Available Peaking, As-Available Non-Peaking, and Baseload energy products. All three product types have a program capacity of 6.97 MW with 6.97 MW remaining capacity and 3.00 MW queue capacity.

Participants submit Participation Requests (PPRs) through the online Re-MAT website portal. Registration with the website is required to submit a PPR, though ReMAT documents, schedules, and other program information are available to the public without registration. The contract prices offered are $51.25 per MWh for As-Available Peaking, $69.76 per MWh for As-Available Non-Peaking, and $75.12 per MWh for Baseload products.

All communications related to the Re-MAT Program must be posted on the website. SDG&E personnel will not accept telephone calls, emails, or other communications regarding the program from counterparties or registered users outside of the website portal. Applicants are directed to contact SDG&E for questions related to the ReMAT program or their PPRs.
