SCADA Maintenance and Advisory Services

The City of Banning is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide comprehensive SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) maintenance and advisory services. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services outlined in the Scope of Work. This RFP is open to companies that have demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to SCADA system management, maintenance, and technical advisory services for municipal operations.

Key dates for this procurement include: Pre-Proposal meeting on February 20, 2024 at 5:00 PM; Questions and Answers deadline of February 28, 2024 at 7:59 AM; and Proposal submission deadline of March 23, 2024 at 6:59 AM. All submissions must be made in accordance with the submission instructions provided in the RFP documents.

The successful contractor will be responsible for performing all services as specified in the detailed Scope of Work section of the RFP. Proposals must include responses to the vendor questionnaire, pricing proposals, and meet all evaluation criteria established by the City. The City has provided a sample Professional Services Agreement for reference, and prospective vendors should review all terms and conditions carefully.
