SCRWTP PROJECT / 3851 CITY GATE DR

Collier County Public Utilities Department is requesting a quote for site work at the South County Regional Water Treatment Plant (SCRWTP) to support the installation of a guard house at the front entrance. The scope includes relocation of the existing Entrance Gate currently located at 3851 City Gate Drive and installation of sleeves to the concrete slab leading to the Guard Shack. This project is part of a larger guard house installation being procured from another vendor (Safe Ware), with the quoted work representing necessary site preparation and infrastructure modifications.

Key Dates: Pre-Proposal Meeting on May 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM (14:00). Questions and Answers deadline is May 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Proposal submission deadline is June 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM (19:00).

Submission Instructions: Vendors must submit responses through the OpenGov procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/collier-county-fl/projects/259605. Detailed construction plans (Exhibit M1, Revision 4 dated September 14, 2022) and specifications are provided in the attachments. Vendors must complete the Pricing Proposal section and Vendor Questionnaire as part of their submission.

Insurance Requirements: Vendors must provide proof of insurance as detailed in the Insurance Requirements Template. Submissions must comply with PO Terms and Conditions (Attachment A) and Quick Quotes Instructions Version 1 (Attachment B). Award will be made based on criteria outlined in the solicitation documents.
