Section 83C Clean Energy RFP

This solicitation, issued under Section 83C of the Massachusetts Green Communities Act, seeks proposals from qualified offshore wind energy developers for long-term contracts with the Commonwealth's electric distribution companies (EDCs): Eversource, National Grid, and Unitil.
