Septic Modifications at McMichen Substation

The City of Gainesville d/b/a Gainesville Regional Utilities is soliciting quotes from interested parties capable of removing an existing septic system and installing a new system at McMichen Substation located in Gainesville, Florida. The existing septic system is currently blocking access to critical electrical equipment at the facility, necessitating its removal and replacement.

The scope of work includes the complete removal of the existing septic system and the installation of a new septic system to restore access to essential electrical infrastructure. The project is located at McMichen Substation, 4747 N. Main Street, Gainesville, FL 32609.

This informal Request for Quote solicitation requires interested vendors to submit price proposals and project plans for the septic system removal and installation work. All responses must be submitted in accordance with the response submittal requirements outlined in the RFQ document. Technical specifications and site plans are available in the attached documentation, including the McMichen Site Plan showing the septic system location.
