Site Grading (Tobias 345kV Substation)

Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is soliciting bids for site grading at the Tobias 345kV Substation near Tobias, Nebraska. The contractor shall perform grading work as specified in drawings DIR 460021133, 460021134, 460021135, 460021137 and associated construction standards. The substation is located at 134 County Road P, Western, NE 68464. The project involves earthwork to prepare the site for substation construction, including cut and fill operations, compaction, and drainage features.
