The due date has been extended, site visit attendance is no longer a requirement to bid and the questions and answers are within the solicitation document. Appendix C was a faulty file. Supply all labor and materials to install a fully operational, utility approved, connected, roof mounted photovoltaic solar array system, no gretaer than 39kw on the Kaskaskia River Project Adminstration Building. The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later the Contracting Officer determines to be necessary. The Government may reject any and all offers if such is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in received offers. Delivery Date and Installation by date states June 13, 2023, but will be adjusted when awarded to reflect the work shall start within thirty (30) calendar days after the award of this purchase order and shall be finished within one hundred twenty days (120) after the work begins. Normal working days for the contractor shall be Monday through Friday (0700-1630), except Federal Holidays.The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Kaskaskia River Project Office. Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Thursday, April 13th, 2023, at 1:00 PM (CST) at the Kaskaskia River Project Office, Conference Room (address below). This date is subject to change.
