Southern California Edison - ReMAT

The Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff (Re-MAT) Program is an ongoing procurement initiative administered by Southern California Edison Company for renewable energy power purchase agreements. Pursuant to California Public Utilities Commission Decision D.20-10-005, SCE re-launched the Re-MAT program and began accepting new Program Participant Requests (PPRs) on February 11, 2021. The program operates on a rolling first-come, first-served basis with no designated program periods.

Participants must submit Program Participant Requests (PPRs) online through the SCE Re-MAT website portal. Applicants are required to register with the website to submit a PPR, though Re-MAT documents, schedules, and other program information are available to the public without registration. All communications regarding the Re-MAT program must be conducted through the Messages tab on the website. Information regarding Re-MAT power purchase agreements (PPAs) that SCE has executed is publicly available in the Re-MAT Reporting Document folder under the Program Documents tab, as required by California Public Utilities Commission Decision 12-05-035.

The program maintains queue information that is subject to disclosure guidelines available under the Program Documents tab. Program capacity availability and annual Re-MAT contract pricing information are updated and available on the website. All program information is subject to change.
