The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) after the opening of the bids. MMLD reserves the right to waive any informalities, accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or take whatever action is deemed in the best interest of MMLD.
