St. Petersburg Police Department Caterpillar Generator Load Bank Testing & Repairs

The St. Petersburg Police Department seeks qualified contractor services for annual maintenance and load bank testing of three (3) 1500kW Caterpillar diesel generator systems located at the Police Department Headquarters Building (1301 1st Ave. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33705). The contractor must provide comprehensive, all-inclusive maintenance services including labor, materials, disposal of old materials, technical support, documentation, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to conduct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) annual maintenance and load bank testing.

The contractor must possess proprietary programming knowledge, computing equipment, cabling, and IO module software to interface with generator internal programming systems for comprehensive servicing and diagnostics. The annual load bank testing and maintenance services are required within twelve (12) months of previous testing to comply with federal rules and regulations. Specific compliance reports must be submitted and maintained as records.

Key Dates: Questions and Answers deadline is April 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Proposal submission deadline is April 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The three generators on-site are designated as LYH00206, LYH00204, and LYH00205.

Proposal materials include detailed load bank test forms, annual maintenance service checklists for each generator, equipment location documentation, and a base agreement. All submission materials and specifications are available through the procurement portal.
