Under this BPA, your organization shall provide Standby Generator Services, in accordance with the attached Price Schedule and Performance Work Statement, when called by the Contracting Officer or their designated representative(s). Services will be requested through Purchases made under this BPA, that shall be referred to as Calls. The duration of this BPA shall be one (1) year from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The Government intends to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
