Stormwater Quick Wins - Small Project Design

The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the Stormwater Quick Wins - Small Project Design (PRJ000149) construction project. The scope of work includes furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required to remove and replace or construct drainage inlets, drainage flumes, curb and gutter, concrete retaining walls, mow strips, and place rock rip rap. The project also requires installing traffic gates and fences along drainage flumes to prevent vehicular use, along with other miscellaneous items as fully described in the Drawings and Section 00400 of the project manual.

Documents may be obtained upon payment of $75.00 per set (non-refundable). A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held virtually via Microsoft Teams on June 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT, with the project site available for inspection immediately following. Key dates include the question cut-off on June 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT, and bids are due on July 8, 2026 at 2:30 PM CT.

Bids may be submitted electronically through the City's E-bid system at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx or as sealed paper bids delivered to the City of Georgetown, Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Electronic bidders must scan and upload bid security (bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check) as an attachment; the original bid security must be delivered within 48 business hours of bid opening by the lowest two bidders. The public bid closing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
