Substation Snow Removal Service

The City of Naperville is seeking qualified snow removal companies to provide comprehensive winter operations services for sixteen (16) Electric Utility substations throughout the city. The contractor must deliver 24/7, highly responsive snow and ice removal services for sidewalks and driveways at all designated substation locations. Services must be available throughout the winter season with rapid response capabilities to maintain safe access and operations at critical utility infrastructure.

Key Requirements: The successful contractor must demonstrate experience with snow and ice removal operations, maintain 24/7 availability during winter months, and possess appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the bid documents. Contractors must complete a safety orientation checklist prior to beginning work and comply with all City of Naperville General Terms and Conditions. The bid includes provisions for both base services and additional services options.

Important Dates: Questions and clarifications must be submitted by July 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted by July 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
