This is a Request for Quote #140P8323Q0085 for supply deliver and install one propane fired backup generator for Big Hole National Battlefield located in Wisdom, MT. See attached for specification details and terms and conditions. This is a best value procurement, set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The NAICS code for this purchase is 238210, with a small business size standard of 16.5 million. Quotes are due on the specified SF-18 or as stated in the most recent amendment (SF30). Instructions are noted in the clause section. Prospective quoters must visit SAM.gov periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation/contract documents; no other notifications will be sent nor will hard copies of the solicitation be mailed or issued. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however, quoters who have not established and/or maintained an active registration a www.sam.gov prior to the quote due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
