Supply of Communication Inventory

The City of Denton is requesting submissions to contract with an individual or business to supply communication inventory goods and services. The City seeks responses from vendors with considerable experience and a proven track record of providing innovative approaches that represent best value to clients. Respondents should demonstrate the ability to accomplish all aspects of requested services and provide innovative methods to address municipal challenges with cost-effective solutions.

A firm may submit a solicitation response for one or more of the categories of product or services requested in this solicitation. The City will consider interlocal cooperative agreements and state/federal contracts in determining the best value. All responses and cost solutions must be submitted to the City of Denton in sealed submissions. The awarded contractor shall possess demonstrated capability to deliver goods and services that meet the City's specifications and requirements as detailed in the Scope of Work document.

Important submission guidelines: The City highly recommends that respondents do not wait until minutes before the due date and time to submit proposals, as the submittal process may take significant time. Submissions are accepted via IONWAVE or hard copy only (no emails). Questions must be submitted by the deadline via IONWAVE only (no emails or phone calls). All respondents must complete and submit the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as part of their proposal package.
