This prequalification listing establishes qualified suppliers for the provision of Jet-A fuel. The prequalification list is valid through April 30, 2025, and includes three approved suppliers: Morgan Fuels, Larry Penner Enterprises (Penner Oil), and Exchange Petroleum. No further inclusion of additional suppliers will be accepted on this list. The list is intended to be used for future procurements where all qualified suppliers will be invited to participate in a Request for Service (RFS) process for each specific fuel supply requirement. There is no limit imposed on the number of qualified suppliers that may participate in individual RFS solicitations. The organization maintains this list as a pre-established set of approved vendors for streamlined procurement of Jet-A fuel supplies.
