Systems Integration Software Solution and Services

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department seeks proposals for a comprehensive systems integration software solution and services to support their electric and water utility operations serving approximately 340,000 residents and 15,000 businesses.

The required solution must provide no-code/low-code application and interface development capability combined with a queuing/message broker platform designed to securely integrate disparate information systems and databases, primarily on-premises. The procurement includes both software licensing and comprehensive professional services. Services must encompass training, installation and configuration, consultation on design and architecture, development support, and project management. Optional as-needed professional services are also anticipated. Annual maintenance and support services are required to provide ongoing software updates and technical support throughout the contract term.
