Systems Integration Software Solution and Services RFP

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department (APU) is soliciting competitive proposals for a comprehensive Systems Integration Software Solution and Services. The solution must provide no-code and low-code application and interface development capabilities, combined with a queuing and message broker platform designed to securely integrate disparate information systems and databases, primarily on-premises infrastructure.

The software solution must demonstrate the capability to call or be called by web services, access databases, parse data files, perform programming logic and data manipulation, transfer files, send emails, and execute other integration functions. The solution should support seamless connectivity and data exchange across multiple systems and information sources within the utility's technology environment.

The proposal must include annual maintenance and support services to provide ongoing software updates and comprehensive technical support. Service components must encompass training, installation and configuration, consultation on design and architecture, development support, and project management services. Optional as-needed professional services should also be available to support future integration requirements and system enhancements.
