Tahlequah City #1 Substation Upgrades

Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is soliciting bids for RFP 8222 through a sealed bid process. All prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time at the TPWA Building, 710 W. Choctaw St, Tahlequah, OK 74464. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.

Bid submissions must be completed through the Bid Express platform (https://www.bidexpress.com). Prospective bidders must search for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority solicitations to locate RFP 8222. All bidders must be registered with Bid Express to view the full RFP documents. Please note that there is a fee associated with uploading quotes or proposals through the platform.

The question submission deadline is November 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted within the Bid Express platform only. Questions will not be answered via phone, fax, or email. The bid submission deadline is November 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Bid opening will take place on the Bid Express website with no public opening ceremony.
