TCC1 EV Charger Upgrade and Installation RFP

ERCOT seeks a qualified contractor to upgrade electrical services and install additional EV chargers in the TCC1 parking lot. The project involves assessing current electrical infrastructure capacity and deploying new charging equipment to support expanded electric vehicle capabilities at the facility. This procurement uses Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) for submission management, requiring respondents to create free supplier accounts on the platform to participate, view proposal details, submit questions, and manage team collaboration throughout the response process.

Key dates include a Notice of Intent to Propose due March 11, 2026 (optional), optional site visits available up to March 18, 2026 for general assessment and up to April 8, 2026 for visits with electrical providers to evaluate technical requirements. Respondent questions must be submitted by April 10, 2026, with ERCOT providing responses by April 16, 2026. The formal proposal submission deadline is April 24, 2026. Respondent presentations may be required with timing to be determined. Contract award timing and contract start date are to be announced.
