TRANSPORT AND REMOVAL OF FLY ASH

This solicitation is for transportation and removal services of fly ash generated from the combustion process at the Deerhaven Renewable Generating Station (DHR/Plant) operated by Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU). The contract for services may not be exclusive and is subject to plant demands and alternate options. Vendors must be capable of handling fly ash material with specific chemical and safety characteristics as documented in the provided laboratory analysis and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Proposal Requirements:
Proposals must include detailed pricing proposals and technical specifications addressing the transportation and removal of fly ash. Respondents are required to examine all solicitation documents and may be required to visit the work site. The solicitation includes comprehensive terms and conditions including federal requirements, debarment certifications, small business enterprise (SBE) considerations, local preference options, and pandemic safety guidelines.

Evaluation and Award:
Proposals will be evaluated through multiple phases as outlined in the solicitation documents. A contract sample is provided for review. Successful contractors must comply with public entity crime statutes, debarment and suspension requirements, and all applicable state and federal regulations. The contract will include general and supplemental terms and conditions.
