Underground Components - Master Agreement

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities is seeking proposals for a master agreement supply contract for underground electrical components. The scope includes procurement of cable accessories (clamps, clasps, clips, closures, reels, splices, wrappings), fuses and fuse blocks, wiring devices (adapters, caps, connectors, extension cords, starters, outlets, plates, plugs, receptacles, switches, terminals), shelf hardware and electronic components (adapters, clips, connectors, jacks, lugs, plugs, sockets, switches, terminals), and connectors for use in the City's underground distribution infrastructure.

The procurement timeline includes a Q&A deadline of January 21, 2026 at 10:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of February 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM. This is a master agreement procurement, indicating the selected vendor(s) will provide ongoing supply of these components under negotiated pricing terms.
