UPGRADE SERVICES FOR BPUB'S ESRI ARCGIS ENTERPRISE & CITYWORKS INSTALLATION

Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is seeking qualified vendors to provide upgrade services for its existing ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and CityWorks installations. This project involves upgrading and enhancing BPUB's enterprise geographic information system (GIS) and work management software platforms to current versions and capabilities.

The scope of work includes technical upgrade services, implementation support, and integration of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and CityWorks systems to support BPUB's operational and strategic needs. These systems are critical for BPUB's field operations, asset management, customer service, and utility infrastructure management across electric, water, and wastewater services.

Proposals were due by the close date. Five addenda were issued during the solicitation period (Addendum #1 through #5), which may contain clarifications, modifications, or additional requirements for the project.
