Request for Proposals for marketing services to promote Cape Light Compact's energy efficiency programs and power supply offerings. The Compact seeks qualified professionals to provide integrated customer education, outreach, and marketing strategy services. Services may include one or more of four enumerated scopes: (1) Marketing/Media Plan and Management - including integrated marketing campaigns, media strategy development with paid digital, print, radio and television placements, and bimonthly reporting with analytics; (2) Materials and Design - including annual report creation, graphic design for digital and print advertisements, and creation of brochures and marketing materials; (3) Copywriting and Written Content - including monthly e-newsletters, six blog posts per year, and social media content creation; (4) Video Creation - including development and production of short videos highlighting Compact programs. All vendors must maintain weekly communications with the Compact, provide biweekly status calls, and submit monthly invoices with time tracking. The selected vendor will develop a comprehensive marketing and media plan within three months of contract execution and begin implementation within one month of plan approval. The Compact may award one or more scopes to one or more proposers. Services support Cape Light Compact's 2022-2024 Energy Efficiency Plan goals and target Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard customers.
