Request for Proposal seeking a qualified vendor to provide outdoor area lighting operations and maintenance services for participating municipalities and fire districts on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Services include: repair, replacement, and maintenance of all failed lighting components; installation of requested lighting including controls such as dimming systems; 24/7 call center operations for outage reporting; night-time inspections of streetlights and area lights; emergency response within two hours; monthly reporting and billing for outages and repairs; computerized database tracking system; coordination with Eversource for billing and installations; procurement of all necessary equipment and materials; response to complaints within 24 hours; coordination with municipal contacts for work approval; and adherence to all applicable state and local regulations. Outdoor area lighting includes streetlights, traffic signals (including school zone signals), parking lights, and building lights. Services are required for the initial term of three (3) years with one (1) option to renew for two (2) additional years. Contract start date is July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024.
