Virgin Islands Energy Office Request for Proposals (RFP) for Home Energy Rebates Planning, Development, and Implementation

The Virgin Islands Energy Office (VIEO) is seeking qualified contractors to assist with the planning, developing, and implementation strategy for the VIEO HOMES and HEAR Programs. These programs aim to advance energy efficiency initiatives across the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix districts. The successful vendor will provide comprehensive project management services to support the strategic development and execution of these energy efficiency programs.
