WACO Emergency Generator

The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the installation of a complete and operational 130 kW diesel emergency generator system at the Dig Shelter facility within Waco Mammoth National Monument in Waco, Texas. This is a firm fixed-price construction contract solicited under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12. All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than 3 calendar days after the site visit. Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and award.

Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the government based on an evaluation of price, technical capability, and prior experience. The government will evaluate quotes in groups of three, starting with the lowest-priced, proceeding upward until an awardee is selected. The quotation must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
