Warehouse Order Hydrants and Valves

The City of Bryan is soliciting competitive bids for warehouse reorder of hydrants and valves through an electronic bidding process. This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks supplier responses for the supply of hydrants and valves to replenish municipal inventory. The City has prepared detailed specifications and bid documents to guide the preparation of proposals.

Bid submission is required through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace Bidding Portal at https://brazosbid.ionwave.net. All bids must be uploaded in electronic format by the deadline of 4:00 p.m. Central Time on June 4, 2026. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their bid packages are successfully submitted through the portal prior to the official closing time; bids submitted after closure will not be accepted by any other means.

The Question and Answer (Q&A) process will be conducted in writing exclusively through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for submitting written questions is 4:00 p.m. CT on May 26, 2026. The City will provide simultaneous responses to all known bidders to ensure fair and objective evaluation. Bid documents are available for download, including the RFB 26-034 specification document and the warehouse order list (WHSE REORDER 05-19-2026.xlsx). Interested suppliers must register with the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace to participate in the solicitation.
