Water Softener System Preventative Maintenance and As-Needed Services & Repairs

Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified and reliable contractor to provide comprehensive water softener system preventative maintenance and as-needed repair services. The scope of work includes regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and emergency or scheduled repair services as required. All work must comply with prevailing wage requirements and contractor registration standards.

Submission Requirements: Quotations must be submitted exclusively through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/zone7water. The submission deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM. A question and answer deadline is set for December 18, 2025 at 8:00 PM for clarifications regarding the scope of work and specifications.

Vendor Requirements: Contractors must meet minimum insurance requirements for maintenance services as detailed in the attached documentation (Attachment A). Contractors must provide evidence of proper licensing, registration, and compliance with all applicable prevailing wage standards. Selected vendor(s) will be required to execute the Maintenance Services Contract Template (Attachment B) prior to work commencement.
