Web Hosting and Professional Services

The City of Cleveland Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is seeking qualified information technology firms to provide high-performance Drupal cloud web hosting and professional services for multiple municipal utility websites including Cleveland Water, Cleveland Public Power, Water Pollution Control, and all related portals. The selected consultant will deliver comprehensive hosting infrastructure, maintenance, and support services while working in conjunction with DPU and current cloud web hosting vendors.

The contract term is anticipated to be three years with two optional one-year renewal periods, providing stability for long-term service delivery. Proposals must include comprehensive fee tables and detailed service offerings in accordance with Appendix B requirements. The procurement process includes a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for June 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM, followed by a questions and answers deadline of June 25, 2024 at 4:00 PM. All proposals must be submitted by July 15, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Proposers must comply with equal opportunity requirements and submit all required documentation including the proposal checklist (Appendix A), fee table (Appendix B), and cover letter. A sample agreement is provided for reference. Subcontractor requirements and OEO goals have been waived for this procurement, and detailed reimbursables policies are outlined in the supporting documentation.
