Well 4 Well House Replacement

This project involves the complete replacement of the existing Well No. 4 Well House and associated infrastructure at the City of Idaho Falls. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing well house structure, piping, and appurtenances. The project requires installation of a new vertical turbine deep well pump and vertical turbine booster pump, new piping systems, and appurtenances. A security fence will be installed around the facility.

The new well house will be constructed as a CMU (concrete masonry unit) structure and will include multiple systems and amenities: a chlorination room with a complete chlorination system, electrical system, heating system, ventilation system, SCADA integration, and a diesel generator for backup power. All trenching, excavation, and surface restoration work associated with the new well house construction is included in the project scope.

Addenda have been issued to clarify project requirements and specifications.
