Wesco Software And Support Services Agreement for Allen-Bradley Hardware by Rockwell Automation

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) intends to pursue a sole-source procurement for a Wesco Software and Support Services Agreement for Allen-Bradley Hardware by Rockwell Automation. Wesco Distribution Inc. is identified as the sole authorized distributor and service center for the CCUA service area for the Allen-Bradley by Rockwell Automation product line.

The service agreement includes comprehensive support services: 24x7 remote system support, plant floor health checks, repair services, tailored education workshops, contract management and reporting, access to a contract engineering account with highly skilled Rockwell engineering specialists, and annual site evaluations. The software agreement component includes annual subscriptions for Connected Components Workbench Developer Edition Perpetual, FactoryTalk View Studio for Machine Edition, and Studio 5000 Professional Legacy Edition.

Interested firms may submit written responses demonstrating their capability to meet or exceed the specified requirements. Responses must include the firm's name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and a detailed statement regarding capability to provide the specified procurement. All responses received within seven (7) calendar days after the publication date will be reviewed by CCUA. The CCUA Procurement Manager or designee has sole discretion to determine whether to proceed with competitive procurement based on the responses received.
