Wesco Support Services Agreement

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement to purchase a Wesco Support Services Agreement from WESCO Distribution Inc., identified as the sole authorized distributor and service center for the CCUA Service Area. The agreement covers technical support, repairs, and engineering services. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Procurement under the authority of Clay County Utility Authority and Florida Statute 287.057(5)(3)(c).

Interested firms or individuals may submit written responses demonstrating their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, and a statement regarding capability to provide the specified services. Responses must include clear and convincing documentation that the firm is capable of meeting or exceeding the stated requirements. All responses must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after publication of this notice.

The CCUA Procurement Manager or designee will review all responses received within the seven-day response window. A determination not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the CCUA Procurement Manager and CCUA Executive Director. This is not a formal Request for Proposal and responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes, but solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
