Windsor Downs (W-114) Rehabilitation

Sacramento County Water Agency is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of the Windsor Downs (W-114) water well facility. The project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work required to satisfactorily complete the rehabilitation work in strict conformance with specifications and applicable regulations from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction.

The work is based on approximations of quantities to be performed, with actual quantities subject to variation at the discretion of the County. Contractors must review all attachments including the W-114 Rehabilitation Report, Pump Bearing Line Shaft Report, Well Completion Report, and Location Map to understand the full scope of work required.
