Work includes but is not limited to, site work, site demolition, removal of underground fuel storage tank, new addition for emergency generators, interior renovation, construction, structural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection. B. BID ITEM II, DEDUCT ALTERNATE Number 1: Perform all work as stated in Bid Item I, except remove all work in Building 203 from the scope of work. C. BID ITEM III, DEDUCT ALTERNATE Number 2: Perform all work as stated in Bid Item I and as modified by Bid Item II, except remove all work in Building 200N from the scope of work.
