Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking comprehensive benefits broker services including: 1) Benefits strategy consulting to evaluate, analyze, monitor and make recommendations for comprehensive total benefits packages and plan design, including offering alternatives, cost efficiency measures and updates on best in class benefits options. 2) Open enrollment and benefits updates to prepare communications and manage education, contracts and documentation for agency benefit renewals and changes, and assist in facilitating open enrollment process. 3) Vendor solicitations to administer vendor solicitations timely, evaluate proposals, negotiate on behalf of the agency, and make recommendations for competitive benefits providers. 4) Compliance and regulatory support to ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and provide guidance and communications on annual and new compliance regulations. 5) Ongoing account management and support to act as a liaison between agency and benefits providers, providing timely support for claims issues, billing concerns, or any other questions, escalations or problems, and obtain benefits data and reporting to track progress and identify trends. 6) Technology support to assist with integration of benefit administration platforms including system implementation, data integration, annual benefits updates and other needs. The selected broker may also be asked for assistance with any needed workers compensation claims for SVCE.
