ERCOT aims to select and contract with a qualified Respondent to conduct a comprehensive benchmarking analysis of the ERCOT Board of Directors. This analysis should include a recommendation of peer groups to use as a benchmarking comparison, a competitive comprehensive package for the independent ERCOT Board members and supporting survey results.
