The City of Longmont is soliciting proposals from qualified Full Service Employee Benefits Brokers to assist in the strategic planning, analysis, implementation, and ongoing management of the City's fully insured employee benefits program. The selected broker will provide expert guidance on employee benefits strategy, program design, and administration.

A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on July 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM MDT via Microsoft Teams to help vendors understand the Best Value Approach and clarify RFP terms and conditions.
