ZRCs must be registered in MISO's Module E or successor mechanism and transferred from respondent to Great River Energy in accordance with MISO deadlines.

All capacity must be either located within the MISO footprint or delivered utilizing firm transmission. External resources must provide proof of firm transmission for delivery into MISO. Respondents are responsible for all transmission arrangements, financial responsibility for firm transmission service, and all losses from the resource to the MISO delivery point. All capacity resources must meet MISO accreditation requirements and all transmission must meet MISO requirements for firm capacity.
Indicative proposals must be submitted electronically by 1200 MST on January 7, 2026. Respondents must offer proposals for all four seasonal products to be considered. Proposals must include respondent information with complete contact details, product descriptions, indicative pricing per kW/MW for each product in both deliverability zones, and detailed source of supply information including location/source of capacity and any contingencies affecting firmness and availability such as operating constraints, curtailment risks, or fuel supply risks.
