Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide managed IT services. The scope includes endpoint management, help desk support, on-site support, cyber security, and vendor management. OCPA maintains approximately 25 desktops, laptops, and tablets in various locations throughout California, and supports over 25 end users who use approximately 20 applications. Services requested include inventory control, warranty management, asset tracking, computer setup and purchasing, patching and compliance, mobile device management, endpoint encryption, antivirus/antimalware, security policy management, backup and disaster recovery, remote monitoring, help desk support, and cyber security management. The term of the agreement is expected to be two years with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms.
