Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Consultants) to provide Print Services and Promotional Materials. This includes services such as: (1) Regular Weekly Move-In Mailers - print and mail weekly move-in letters or postcards to new customers (approx. 1,500 weekly), including receiving mailing lists, addressing and mailing; (2) Yearly Regulatory Mailers - print and distribute annual regulatory notices such as Joint Rate Comparison Mailer and Power Content Label Mailer to approximately 180,000 customers; (3) Miscellaneous Print Services - on-demand printing of marketing materials like flyers, brochures, posters, and signage, both small and large print runs; (4) Promotional Materials and Items - source, customize, and deliver branded promotional items like pens, tote bags, mugs, and apparel. The firm must have technical expertise, breadth of experience, and availability to support OCPA's energy and customer program needs, with demonstrable experience working with at least two California-based public agencies, municipalities, and/or large corporate customers. The agreement is expected to have a term of two years with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms.
