East Bay Community Energy Authority (EBCE) is seeking qualified general contractors from which to solicit bids for the renovation of an existing building that will become the new East Bay Community Energy Authority Headquarters. EBCE has determined that all general contractors bidding on the Project must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the Project. EBCE will determine which Contractors are eligible to bid on the Project through this Request for Prequalification (RFP) process. Contractors interested in bidding on this Project must fully and properly complete the prequalification questionnaire and provide all materials requested.
