The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center (MassCEC) is seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resources compliance consultant to conduct a comprehensive compliance audit. The consultant will ensure that MassCEC's HR practices, policies, plan documents, and offered employee benefits remain in compliance with state and federal laws. The engagement will also include determining MassCEC's level of competitiveness regarding offered benefits compared with similar organizations in the current labor market. The selected consultant will produce a comprehensive HR Compliance Audit and provide consultation services as outlined in the scope of work.
The procurement schedule includes the following key dates: RFP release on April 1, 2026; written questions due by April 15, 2026; answers to written questions posted by April 22, 2026; proposal submission deadline of May 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST; interviews of top applicants scheduled for May 4-15, 2026; and notification of award anticipated for mid-May 2026.
Proposals must be submitted by the deadline to be considered, and only complete responses will be evaluated. Late submissions will not be accepted. The award potential for this engagement is $25,000.
