San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Printing, Postage and Mailing services. These Services are sought in order to meet statutory and non-statutory mailing and noticing requirements. The scope of services includes: 1) Printing Services - print up to 250,000 pieces per weekly batch in formats including letters, postcards, bifold, or others, using high percentage recycled paper; 2) Postage Services - offer Permit Imprint option with no additional mark-up, Postage Meter/PC Postage indicia stamps if deemed efficient and cost effective with no additional mark-up, and Precanceled Stamps option if deemed efficient and cost effective with no additional mark-up; 3) Mailing Services - review and provide a report of National Change of Address, mail notices via bulk and standard mailing as directed by SDCP, and ability to sign non-disclosure agreement for handling sensitive customer data; 4) Tracking and Reporting of Progress and Costs - provide reports on progress of projects from initial proof through delivery to post office and reports on printing, postage and mailing costs with itemized breakdown; 5) Other ad hoc printing and mailing of program collateral including but not limited to printing and mailing of other notices, including SDCP program collateral. The work is expected to commence on or about January 1st, 2023 through June 30th, 2024.
