Orange County Power Authority is seeking proposals for financial accounting and audit assistance services. The selected service provider will be directly involved in managing the books and records of Orange County Power Authority. The work is expected to be conducted remotely. The service provider is not required to maintain independence as defined by Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Team members may work under the guidance and supervision of a manager who holds a valid California CPA license; not every team member is required to have a CPA license. The Authority is requesting proposals to comply with the Orange County Power Authority Procurement Policy. Current annual spending for these services with the incumbent provider is $231,000.
