Ava Community Energy is soliciting proposals for legal services to serve two main purposes: (1) creating net-new agreements with existing legal firms whose existing contracts reached 5 years, and (2) soliciting new law firms for several areas of law. The RFP seeks to establish contracts with qualified legal firms to provide various legal services across multiple practice areas.
