Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to help maintain CPA's website, including daily and regulatory updates, and creation of web pages that reflect CPA's brand and programs. The contractor will provide ongoing website maintenance and emergency repair services.
The scope includes:
- Ongoing Website Maintenance services: providing on-call support with 24-hour response time, completing non-urgent tasks within 2 business days, developing new webpages using CMS templates, managing Google Analytics, developing multilingual pages, troubleshooting website errors, improving SEO performance, performing weekly logging of completed tasks, providing monthly reports, testing website on different browsers, recommending cybersecurity improvements and ADA compliance, advising on best practices, and providing technical support for Mailchimp.
- Emergency Repairs services: troubleshooting and conducting urgent repairs with 2-hour response time, investigating issues and recommending preventative measures, and collaborating with CPA staff and consultants to resolve issues.
CPA is California's largest Community Choice Aggregation program, established in 2017 to provide clean energy options to more than 1 million customers across 35 local member agencies in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
