Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking proposals for termite inspection and treatment services. The scope of work includes: 1) Inspecting SVCE building for termites through visual inspection of interior and exterior structure, 2) Providing a report documenting findings of inspections including areas of concern, conditions of infestation, visible evidence of damage, past infestations, a map of findings, and photos of findings, 3) Providing a Treatment Scope of Service with detailed recommended treatment plan, detailed optional backup treatment plan, information on protection and reinspection plans. Pricing should include prevailing wages. The work will be performed at SVCE's property located at 298 South Sunnyvale Avenue, Sunnyvale, California.
